When and where is the Band Banquet?

Thursday, April 25th from 7:00 to 11:00 pm at Frisco Hall - 5353 Independence Parkway, Frisco 75035
What is the purpose of the Banquet?
-
Recognize all Reedy Band and Color Guard students for their hard work and accomplishments over the past school year.
Who can attend the Banquet?
-
The whole family is encouraged to attend along with family friends. All ages are welcome and everyone attending must purchase a ticket in advance (including all Reedy Band students).

Senior band members will be COMPLEMENTARY. (Please note your senior’s name on the order form.)

High School students who do not attend Reedy will need approval in advance from Mr. Heuer, unless they are a band member's sibling.
Can my Reedy Band student bring a date?

Yes! If the date attends a different high school, approval will be needed in advance to attend from Mr. Heuer.
What is planned for the evening?
-
There will be a dinner, speeches and recognition, senior celebration and a dance afterwards.

There will also be photo opportunities including a formal backdrop and 360 photo booth.

If parents do not wish to stay for the dance they are welcome to leave and return to pick up their student at 11:00pm.

There will be chaperones who stay for the whole event.
What about the dinner portion?

Dinner will be served via two buffet lines. All meal items will be in separate serving dishes to accommodate any special diets.

For dinner, students (and their dates) will sit together at reserved spots in a student section while family and friends will sit in a designated family or non-band student section.
What is the attire?

Dressy attire.
How and when do I purchase tickets? And what is the cost?​​

$50 per person: March 1st - March 31st. Cash or check delivered to the lockbox outside of Mr. Heuer’s office or purchased online

$60 per person: April 1st - April 21st. Cash or check delivered to the lockbox outside of Mr. Heuer’s office or purchased online
