march-a-thon
The time has come for the Reedy Band's third annual March-A-Thon. The Holiday March-A-Thon is a way for us to raise needed funds for our students as well as celebrate the coming of the holiday season. The band marches a predetermined parade route, stopping for various mini-concerts along the way, spreading cheer and collecting donations. Please consider supporting us while we bring festive cheer to our community.
When: Saturday, December 12th starting at about 9:00 am, and ending approximately 12:00 pm.
What: While marching through residential areas, we will stop to perform "Mini Concerts" for families who live on the PARADE ROUTE ONLY and contribute a minimum of $100. Mini Concerts must be purchased by December 4th. Please scan the QR code if you are interested in purchasing a mini-concert.

Corporate Sponsors: March-A-Thon is a great time to get many of our corporate and community businesses involved and be a band sponsor. If anyone owns, works for, or has contacts at any business in our attendance zone or outside of it too, please consider asking them for a donation. Many companies set aside money for local nonprofit organizations.
If the company donates at least $200, we will put their logo on the March-A-Thon banner, mentions in the school newsletter, and their business logo on the band’s website. Larger donations of $500+ will receive a larger logo on the banner and website. Sponsors and their logo art will need to be secured NO LATER than December 4th, in order to guarantee their logo on the banner. (Sponsor checks should be made out to Reedy Band Booster Club)
